Logo branding and embroidery

Put your firm’s name on the workwear you already buy from us. Send us your logo and tell us what you are thinking of, and we will come back to you with a price.

Branding is quoted separately and is not included in the prices on this site. Nothing you send us here commits you to anything, and nothing is charged until you have agreed a price with us.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you are interested in and send your logo. A vector file is best if you have one, and a good PNG or JPEG is usually fine.
  2. We check the artwork works at the size it will be applied, and come back to you if it does not.
  3. We tell you what we can do, what it will cost and how long it will take. All three depend on the garment, the method and how many you need, which is why we quote rather than publish a price.
  4. If you are happy with the quote, we order the garments in, have them branded and send them on to you.

Embroidery or print

Embroidery stitches the logo into the fabric. It is hard-wearing and it is what most firms choose for jackets, fleeces and polos.

Print and heat transfer lays the logo onto the surface. It suits fine detail, large backs and t-shirts, and on bigger quantities it is usually the cheaper of the two.

Which one suits your logo depends on the artwork and on the garment. Send it over and we will tell you which we would use and why.

PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF or EPS, up to 10 MB each. A vector file gives the best result on embroidery. You can send it later if you would rather.

Which garments can be branded

Most workwear can be branded: jackets, fleeces, polos, t-shirts, trousers, hi-vis, chefswear and headwear among them. Anything we can brand carries a Can be branded label on its product page.

Safety footwear, gloves, eye and hearing protection and other certified PPE are not branded. A logo in the wrong place on a certified garment can invalidate the certification it was bought for, so we would rather tell you no than take that risk on your behalf.
