How your order gets to you
Orders are picked and dispatched from our supplier's UK warehouse and sent by courier to the address you give at the checkout. We deliver to mainland UK addresses, including sites — put the site name and any access instructions in the address, and they will reach the driver.
When it will arrive
We do not quote a delivery date at the checkout, because until an order is picked we do not know one, and a date we invent is worse than no date at all.
What we do instead is tell you the moment it moves: when your parcel leaves the warehouse you get an email with the courier's name and a tracking link, and from that point the courier's own estimate is the accurate one.
More than one parcel
An order can arrive in more than one delivery. If some of what you ordered is in stock and some is not, we send what is ready rather than holding the whole order back, and you get a separate tracking email for each parcel. Anything we are having branded for you travels separately as well, because it goes through our own unit first.
You are not charged twice for this. Delivery is charged once, on the order.
Getting the address right
The single most common reason a parcel goes astray is a site address with no company name or no contact number on it. The delivery form takes both — please use them.
If you spot a mistake after ordering, tell us straight away through the contact form. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier we cannot change where it is going.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel has not arrived, has arrived damaged, or is not what you ordered, get in touch and we will sort it out. Your rights to return an order are set out on the returns page.
